Spice up your salad!

Eating healthy is a task and can be very boring and tasteless. One of the key healthy foods we tend to eat is salads. I have found a great way to make salads taste better. Add a corn salsa. You can find these at your local grocery store in the produce section, usually next to the pre-made salad mixes. Adding things like salsa, or tapanades of some kind really spice up a salad. It sort of feels like your eating mexican food without the added starches that most mexican dishes have! Next time your at the grocery, pick up some corn salsa, it also goes great with eggs!!
